3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit.
• Full payment must be completed before the event.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a partial refund.
• No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

5. Responsibilities Clients are responsible for the proper use of rented furniture and equipment.

6. Liability Hashim Furniture Hub is not liable for damages caused by misuse of furniture or third-party services.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
